Thanksgiving is a great time to be thankful for all the people in your life. It’s also a great time to celebrate with your family and friends, and a perfect opportunity to bring everyone together for a joyous meal.
Last November 25th, we hosted a simple Thanksgiving dinner for our Caregivers, senior clients, and their families. The smiles on their faces were priceless as they shared stories about their lives and how they had come to be where they are today. It was also great to see family members who had not seen each other in some time.
We had prepared a wonderful meal that included traditional dishes like roasted turkey, ham, stuffing, cheese platter, and some dessert. They also enjoyed games and some won prizes during our mini-raffle activity. Everyone had a great time and it was a truly memorable day for us.
We are thankful for our clients and their families. We celebrate Thanksgiving with them, not just because it is a holiday but also because we feel it is important to show them how much they mean to us.
